Checking In to Your Accommodations: When you arrive in Snowmass Village, come to the offices of Snowmass Home Rentals, 25 Lower Woodbridge Rd., #107, to check in and receive keys to your house. A map directing you to the house will also be provided. If you will be arriving after office hours, please call us in advance for instructions on picking up your keys. Parking Permits:
Parking in any of the numbered parking lots in Snowmass Village requires a parking permit. One permit is included with your rental, and you may purchase additional permits from us. If arranged in advance, your parking permits will be included with your keys when you check in.

These permits are only necessary if you plan to park in a numbered lots in the main village (Snowmass Mall area) during the day.

If your trips to the Snowmass Mall will be 90 minutes or less, there are two free lots with 5 minute, 1 hour and 90 minute slots. Parking is also available at Two Creeks, the Rodeo Lot, and the Snowmass Shopping Center.

Lift Tickets and Ski School: You should purchase lift tickets directly from Aspen Skiing Company, 800-525-6200. They will either mail them to you or have them at “Will Call” when you arrive. Go to the Ski Pavilion at the end of the Snowmass Village Mall, in the same building as Aspen Sports. Ski School tickets should also be picked up there. Directions:
Denver to Snowmass Village, normally 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours (about 210 miles): From Denver International Airport (DIA), take I-70 west to Glenwood Springs (about 170 mi.). Exit there and follow signs through Glenwood Springs directing you to “Aspen”, by way of Colorado Hwy. 82, which will take you southeast out of town and about 40 miles to the turn-off for Snowmass Village.

(Do not take the road marked “Snowmass”, as this is not the resort and not a shortcut.) Turn right at the Snowmass Village traffic light and continue about 5-1/2 miles on that road until you see a wooden pedestrian bridge crossing above the road. Just before that bridge, turn right on Woodbridge Road, and immediately right again onto Lower Woodbridge Road. Our office is in The Offices at Snowmass, the tan building with the hexagonal roof. We are in Suite 107.

From Aspen Airport or ABO, proceed out of the airport and turn left on Highway 82. After roughly 2 miles, turn left again at the first traffic light, to Snowmass Village. Continue about 5-1/2 miles on that road until you see a wooden pedestrian bridge crossing above the road. Just before that bridge, turn right on Woodbridge road, and again immediately right onto Lower Woodbridge Road. Our office is in The Offices at Snowmass, the gray building with the hexagonal roof.
