This is a great ski house on two levels, offering spacious living
quarters with privacy, plenty of space for entertaining,
and direct ski access. Photo number 1 shows the view of Adams Avenue ski run from the window. Ski out across the road; ski in to the patio on the south side of the house. The living room has a vaulted
ceiling, large brick fireplace, huge view windows, large
Mitsubishi color TV with cable, and stereo. Views of
Snowmass Village from this room are spectacular. The
fully equipped island kitchen has a small breakfast
bar. The formal dining table seats ten, with a separate
table for four more. The
lower level family room has a second fireplace as well
as generous seating and a large TV. All of
the bedrooms have TV's also, and the house features
many new furnishings and accessories.
