This 4 bedroom, plus loft, 5 bath home is located at the top of the Faraway Road area on Baby Doe Lane, offering spectacular views of Snowmass Ski Area and surrounding peaks. It has direct ski access via Eddy Out trail beside the house to Assay Hill.

On the main level is a large open living area with hardwood floors, beamed cathedral ceilings, many large windows, a dining room that seats 10, and a spacious fully-equipped kitchen. One great room wall from floor to ceiling is native stone, which houses an elevated fireplace. The entertainment center features a large color cable TV, VCR, and stereo. Many movies and cd's are furnished for your enjoyment. The master suite, also located on the main level, has a second stone fireplace and large master bath.

One level up from the living room is the loft den, with two twin beds, TV, rowing machine and exercycle. The 3/4 bath on the main level serves this sleeping area.

An inviting two-level deck wraps around the south and west sides of the house, with seating and a table, as well as a 6-person hot tub.

Each of the three bedrooms on the lower level has its own private bath. A family room separates the bedrooms and provides a second area for games or watching TV. This area has direct access to the deck and hot tub, as well as outstanding views. Laundry facilities are also on this level.

These owners have gone the extra mile to provide extra details, such as phones in the bedrooms, electric blankets, quality western art and photos of Rocky Mountain scenes, books, movies, music and games. At meal time, you will find ample dinner ware for a large group, as well as a good supply of cookware.
